Shipping and pickup policy

Trade Supply Gear Co. dispatches orders from Hume, ACT. We currently deliver within Australia only.
Order processing
Orders are processed as soon as possible. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Small products
Small products are shipped using Australia Post. Available services, shipping charges and any free-shipping offers are displayed at checkout.
Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched, where available.
Top-hat delivery
Top hats require separate delivery arrangements:
• Canberra and Queanbeyan: $250 excluding GST for orders below the $250 free-delivery threshold.
• Free Canberra and Queanbeyan delivery applies to qualifying top-hat orders of $250 or more, excluding GST.
• Sydney metropolitan area: $350 excluding GST.
Please select the delivery option matching your address. The ACT option covers Canberra and Queanbeyan. The NSW option covers Sydney metropolitan addresses only.
If you are unsure whether your address is covered, contact us before ordering. For an incorrectly selected delivery option, we will contact you to agree on the correct charge or arrange cancellation and a refund before dispatch.

Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification and arrange collection before attending. Bring your order confirmation and a suitable vehicle for your goods, particularly 5.8-metre top hats.
GST
The delivery rates listed above exclude GST. Applicable GST and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once goods have been dispatched.
Lost, damaged or delayed orders
Contact us if your order is lost, damaged or delayed. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
