Return and refund policy
Trade Supply Gear Co., operated by Wellington Architectural, accepts change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery or collection.
Change-of-mind returns
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return freight costs.
To request a return, email info@wellingtonarchitectural.com.au with your order number and details of the items. We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending goods back.
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the returned products to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products
Please contact us if your goods arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match your order.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. The 30-day period and unused, unopened packaging conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns.
Where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. We will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied goods and arrange collection where required for large or heavy faulty goods.
